Guest guest
I was getting raw grass-fed Jersey milk from a farm for about a year, and finally stopped buying it, because I decided I did not like raw milk. I eventually noticed another source for raw milk, and decided to try again. This milk was grass-fed Holstein. After one sip I was hooked. It was the best-tasting milk I had ever had. So now I don't see what all the fuss is about Jersey milk. It is so rich it makes me feel sick after a few drinks. I tried skimming the fat to remedy this, but then didn't like the taste of the skimmed milk. The Holstein milk is just creamy and perfect, delicious! And I realize that this could be merely differences between farms rather that breeds of cows, so you can take this with a grain of salt. I was just thinking that there may be people out there who have only tried raw Jersey milk and thought they didn't like raw milk.
