Hi,

After using the CAFL Rife frequencies for head especially occiput muscles a manual way of adjusting the vagus nerve is to tap roof of mouth in centre point on ridge or indentation do so firmly for 3 very slow deep in out breaths, then repeat on both sides of this point (quarter inch either side ish), then push up very firmly on the mid point with thumb on inhale and let go completely on exhale, repeat whole process, this releases the reflex point for the occiput which releases vagus nerve, afterwards have person involved lie on floor on back & treat that person by having them rest head on you'r raised thumb knuckles either side of spine where spine meets head right in occiput, have them let their head get heavy and the occiput muscles will relax.
