try taking around 150mg milk thistle capsule along with your LDN nightly dose

and then 1 more capsule during the morning and 1 around 4pm. Increase to 4.5mg

for 3 days if you can stand it and then drop to 3.0mg. If you have no problem

with 4.5mg then stay there. Get the milk thistle before you do the trial.

My opinion: It's not LDN causing this. It's just the course you are taking. If you were in great shape when starting LDN and BAM! Maybe then it could be LDN, but contractures are a result of lack of use. What is ADLs?

Bent knees as opposed to sticking straight out like concrete? Sounds like damned if we do, damned if we don't!! Duck butt? Sounds like your abdomen is contracting too.

Maybe someone will know something to try. Exercise if possible!
