Guest guest
Happy travels!! Always adjust to the time zone you are in. It has to do with the earth's revolution or something like that.(not the body clock) I had asked Dr. B and he explained it, but duh! cannot remember the explanation, only what to do. If you must skip a day to adjust to your new time, it is OK to do so. Welcome to the East Coast USA! Kiki
Guest guest
Hi fellow LDN users, This is my first post,I have been taking 4.5mg nightly for 11 months now and I am doing well so far.I rarely get even tired, never mind fatigued. My question that I hope somebody can answer is about my planned holiday to Florida from Ireland in july.As I will be 5 hours behind Irish time,my biological clock will be disrupted. So when should I take my LDN,at bedtime Florida time or Irish time?Or gradually adjust as I get accustomed to the new timezone? Any advice from somebody who has experience of this would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards Mark
