Guest guest
Can anyone suggest something to help with stiff legs? My daughter has been on 3mg LDN for about a year now and just lately has suffered from very stiff legs - one especially doesn't want to bend at the knee even when she is sitting. This happened when she tried the 4.5mg at the beginning but hasn't since going down to 3mg. She is going to try 1.5mg for awhile but I wondered if anyone has experienced the same thing and found something to help.
Guest guest
For cramps someone suggested having 6 ounces of Gatorade every day. Maybe this would also help with stiffness. Stretching has been mentioned many times. Most people stop having stiffness after a month, but not all. Aletha [low dose naltrexone] stiff legs > Can anyone suggest something to help with stiff legs? Guest guest
are you doing a cleansing to remove metals out of your body? Watkins makes a heavy metal detoxifier. it is relatively inexpensive (30.00) and do that one month on and one off for a year. you need to get those residual toxins out and you will feel oxygenated!!! you will feel better. congratulations on breaking a very addictive habit. make sureyou stretch and experiment with the dose of magnesium. my doc says if you are having neuropathy, you can take 300mg of b6 for one month only and then go back to 100-200 on a daily basis. kathy Re: [low dose naltrexone] stiff legs>Date: Mon, 23 May 2005 09:01:49 EDT>>In a message dated 5/22/2005 10:49:30 PM Central Daylight Time,>b_hammel@... writes:>>> > Can anyone suggest something to help with stiff legs? Guest guest
Hi . I will definitely try the massage and milk thistle. I haven't heard of milk thistle - is it just on the drug store shelf?Bonnie>From: "Bren" <TwisterAlley2@...>>Reply-low dose naltrexone >low dose naltrexone >Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Re: stiff legs>Date: Tue, 24 May 2005 03:27:42 -0000>>> > thank you all for your emails and advice. Have her lay on the bed on her stomach while you massage the backs of her legs and then turn over on her back while you massage the fronts of her legs. I was just the opposite, the LDN reduced my muscle spasms, stiffness & cramping alot. Has she tried taking milk thistle, one 150mg capsule with her nightly LDN dose and 1 or two capsules the next day? This might help some. Massage is very important.>>>>
