Guest guest
Hi Rochelle It was so lovely to meet both you and your Mum at the lunch at the sailing club. I was so struck by how gorgeous the two of you are ! I am sorry that you are having such a rough time lately, in fact you have had a rough few months really ( I lurk and read a lot LOL ). So I think you are doing so well considering the challenges you have been thrown. I am sure that you, like most of us, would have put on a great deal of weight , had you not been banded. There are so many really successful people on this site and it is so inspiring to read their stories , but I know, because it is taking me ages to lose my weight, that on those down days ,you feel as though you are the only one that can't make it work. But, alas, it is not true, it is just that those of us that are plodding along, stopped even, are just lurking !!! I was inspired at the lunch and am going for my fill next Tues and hope that I can finally see the scales start to move down and that in turn will probably inspire me to stop shoving naughty extra's through my gob !!! So give yourself a big pat on the back ( with your good hand !!!) and congratulate yourself on how well you have done so far. And then go and book that fill - if you haven't already !! Guest guest
Hallo Glamorous Roche, I am sure once you have your next fill that you will find that your eating will come under control. Maybe it would be worth while to chat to the doctor or his dietician to get some ideas about what to have for breakfast to kick start your day and your system to loose weight. Sometimes I have whole-wheat toast with melted cheese on it to get into the day. I find the toast is healthy and the low fat melted cheese are part of my daily intake for dairy and carbs. Infact the dietician I see said a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich is fine - just make sure that the fat content is not overboard. But then a slice of toast with peanut butter is also a good start for the day. With the new fill the amount you will be eating should be less and you will find it easier to cope with. Anyway you have done so well and are looking fantastic!! Hugs, Ghyll ~~May all your Weeds be Wildflowers ~~ No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
