if you want to e-mail me privately at mykittypaws@..., i could tell you some of the things i've had success with. it has been 12 years now and i have done very well by the grace of GOD and by starting early with lifestyle changes. by the way, i started out chronic progressive i believe because 3 years went by that i had never had a relapse. now i could walk 10 miles if i had to. it was definitely keeping my immune system strong that saved me. good luck to you- ms is manageable today without drugs if you are extremely willful and dedicated to spending the time to do research and weeding out the snake oil salesman. although i probably am inclined to believe that snake so have a medicinal benefit just like leeches and honeybees!!!!
