Are you tracking your bodyfat to see if you are losing muscle since you are concerned about losing weight so fast? Where do you live that's near the beach? I'm very close to in Gulf Shores, Alabama which is a resort town on the Gulf of Mexico. You are SO right about taking those pictures. I can't tell you how many people see me eating the way I do and ask me why I do that since I'm " so skinny " already. I tell them first that I'm not skinny, I am fit and then I tell them that I didn't use to be in shape and I have to eat like that to stay fit. They don't believe it because it's been a while that I've been fit now. So, I love having my before pictures in my purse and showing them that YES....I AM JUST LIKE YOU....we look like what we eat!! If we eat junk, we have a junky body. If we eat healthily, we have a healthy body. Not only " you ARE what you eat " but " you LOOK like what you eat. " Take those pictures!! Sara . I ran to the beach from work and when I got there, I didn't want to go back. lol . Actually, I think I may be losing too much weight and want to slow it down. Guest guest Posted May 23, 2003 Report Share Posted May 23, 2003 Sara, I am tracking my BF, it is about 13% right now (as accurate as I can be) and I want to end up at 10-12%. I am just the leanest I have been in (counting on hands and toes) a really long time. I am approaching my comfort zone which is already 15 lower than I would have guessed on Jan 1 when I made my news resolution. I am still going to eat clean and push on, just increase a couple hundred calories. I live in San Diego and the beach is only a couple miles away from work. Gosh it was pretty yesterday from the top of the cliffs, early morning, glassy ocean, perfect. People here at work are already calling me skinny and are telling me to stop losing weight. lol I have always wanted to be healthy and have the " cut look " , I just never knew how to achieve it.
