>What might be a good source for Lugol's iodine and Garcinia Cambogia?

Swanson Vitamins carries Garcinia. Strong Lugol's is hard to find since our

awful government forced it off the market for some bogus reason. It can still be

found but you can only purchase an ounce at a time. Jcrows.com is a U.S. source.

Customs apparently is unaware of the ban and I have been told by others that

they had no trouble importing it. I use Lugol's as a daily dietary supplement.

For transcutaneous ion exchange the potassium iodide is not transferred into the

dermis thus any drug store cheap iodine tincture will work but that form of

iodine has been laced with other poisons so it should not be taken internally.

Our tax dollars at work...GRRRRrrrrrr

>What would be the suggested dosage of laetrile and Vit A?

Don't know, I have not used it myself. Do some internet searching and you should

be able to fine out. We have been using apricot pits rather than Laetrile

itself. Vitamin A 150K IUs & 6 Doctor's Relief enzyme tablets. The patients take

10 to 12 apricot pits 3X daily. Don't take beta carotine for your vitamin a as

adults have difficulty converting it. Also add some zinc. Most people who are

vitamin A deficient are also low on zinc.

I have been taking papaya enzyme (for liver queasiness/nausea) -- what form of

animal digestive enzyme might you suggest? Doctor's Relief " Beyond Systemic

Enzymes " It is only sold through practitioners. I prefer it to Marcopharma and

Wobenzyme as it contains much higher levels of trypsin and chymotrypsin. You

need far fewer pills to achieve the desired results. Doc prescribes it often to

his patients, I'll ask him the next time we speak.

>When you say coffee " retention " enema -- how would that differ from a normal

enema?

A retention enema is held in the rectum for 12 to 15 minutes before expulsion.

The coffee causes a dilatation of the bile ducts thus releasing a greater amount

of stored toxins. Lie on your right side so as to prevent it from traveling up

into the large intestine. Most of the blood vessels that absorb the coffee into

the portal vein are in the bowel. Having the coffee enter the descending colon

will not have any desirable effect and may throw off the normal flora. Be sure

to take probiotics.

>Finally, do you think that a macrobiotic diet would substantially increase PH

level?

No. Some practitioners recommend this diet, I have not used it nor do I have an

opinion abt it. Caveat Emptor! Carmi Hazen
