No only are we looking for reduction of symptoms, but the main thing is to stop progression, which you will not be able to track within just 2 months. My husband had an MRI just before starting LDN. Now he has follow up MRI's to see how progression/or lack of progression goes. Some people see immediate results (sleeping better, bladder control, etc.) but I didn't see anything really until about 8 months. Dr. Bihari suggests giving LDN at least 6-9 months. If I had given up earlier, I would have never seen anything. Try to get your doc to let you trial it longer than 2 months.
