The LDN Research Trust still need 6 more completed survey forms

first 300. Are you taking LDN? Have you completed a survey form yet?

Please take a few minutes to take part if you have not already done

so.

Also we have a simple follow up questionnaire. Since many of us have

been on LDN for sometime now, it would really help to know how the

medical profession are responding to the results. Please could

everyone on LDN reply if you have not already done so.
