I am gonna guess carb since non-fat yogurt is a carb. I have used it in protein shakes before any thoughts on that? 2. Amino Acid Supplement: What are the thoughts on branch chain amino acid supplements beside those found in protein shakes? Are they required? Are they worth it? 3. Creatine: I have never tried it and don't know much about it. Has anyone used it and what were the results? What are the pros and cons?
