Guest guest
The great issue is the oil, not the caffeine. I have an allergy to the oils in coffee which is a contributor to many other health related issues. Caffeine can be a problem, but most coffee related caffeine issues are actually oil issues. It is simpler to just avoid the coffee. Guest guest
YES I AGREE BECAUSE THE OIL MAKES YOU ACIDIC WHIch is the beginning of everything. All medical conditions originate from a state of too much acidity. I just can't give up everything although my diet is strict but very tasty. I think if you take mega amounts of enzymes it really helps you enjoy things you might not normally be able to consume. I have switched to green tea for several months and it has polyphenols that fight depression. However, one day I drank that first cup of expresso again...... Guest guest
No one loved coffee more than I. There is still about 2 pounds of Jamaican Blue Mountain in the freezer that I roast (still have a roaster) for my wife. It was a simple matter of whether or not I cared to continue suffering the effects or just move on and enjoy other things. Once cancer hit, caffeine was off the list anyhow and life to me was more valuable than a morning cup of coffee.
