Guest guest Posted March 19, 2009 Report Share Posted March 19, 2009 Hi, I overslept by an hour this morning and when I got up I felt too fuzzy-headed to workout. So, i went straight for caffeine (after my get-out-of-bed stretching). I hope to fit something in later today - I'm thinking when DD gets home from school and watches her wildlife show, I can probably hop on the TM for 30 minutes. If I get to do that and my push-ups I'll call it "good", anything else i'll consider a "bonus". work has been extra stressful this week and I'm pretty sure that is why I needed the sleep.
