fully intend to take the full dose. My system is however so sensitive that I

am building up to it week by week. Unfortunately, melatonin is a banned

substance here in Australia.

Hi Lane,

I am in too (east of Melbourne) and have been getting melatonin

as part of my antioxidants/supplements order from iHerb.com for years.

My stuff has been opened by Customs here quite a few times and they have

rapped me over the knuckle twice for DHEA and confiscated it, so I no

longer get that, but they have never worried about the melatonin. I

think melatonin is one of those things that although not available here

(possibly is available but only on prescription) you are allowed to

import personal quantities.

If you are in my area I could drop you some off (from an unopened bottle

I have) or I can mail you some to try if you'd like. Email me at

covo@... because Joice is counting my posts to the group and I

wouldn't want her head to blow up. I figured this info was worth

sending to the group in case anybody else here in Oz was thinking the

same as you.
