A halt in MS progression is what LDN is supposed to do, not relieve symptoms.

If one does get symptom relief then that's just an added plus. How long did you

stay on the 4.5mg? It sometimes takes several months for stiffness to fade and

in some cases the stiffness does not fade. Have you tried 3.5mg say for 3 to 4

months and then tried 4.0mg for 4 months and then 4.5mg? You still may be one

who will not see symptom improvement even at 4.5mg but it'd be great if you

could inch your way up in dosage just to see.

Maureen posted somewhere on the forum either yesterday or day before the files

you would need to copy for the doctor to read. If you can't find it with the

past 2 day's postings let me know and I will look for it.

Ask your doctor if he/she could give you a script for 50mg Naltrexone tablets so

you can dissolve it yourself and experiment with dosage for about 6 to 8 months.

Tell the doctor what you plan to do and how you want to gradually increase your

dose towards 4.5mg and that you want to do it slowly so your body can adjust to

the added endorphins. If you can get the script for the 50mg Naltrexone tablets

I will give you the instructions on how to prepare the liquid LDN.
