- I am using 3.0 LDN and it has the filler acidophilus. Every time I go to 4.5 I become quite stiff in the legs and arms, so I seem to be doing better at 3.0. I have not had any symptom relief, but I feel it has stopped the progression, which used to be daily. I get mine at The Compounder, Aurora, IL

Could you tell me where I can get the LDN info to give to the Dr? I have some MS friends that keep going downhill on meds and I told them about LDN, so now they want to show their dr.

: the longest I've been on 4.5 is one month. Then went down to 3.0 because of severe stiffness. If I wanted to slowly increase, how do I do that. I have 1.5 mg capsules.
