I thought the dairy industry had been shrinking for years - Americans were

consuming less milk each decade. Thus we have celebrities wearing white

mustaches.

This is an opportunity to expand the market. Besides, food born pathogens have

not hurt peanutbutter, spinach, tomatoes, etc.
