Thanks for the welcome, Sandi. I'm glad my husband is

doing it with me, too. Now if only I can convince him

not to stop at McD's during his lunch break.

Hello! I'm , 23, and a graduate student in

doing tae bo off and on, but we've just started a five

day routine a month ago. I'm really enjoying it and

always feel so good when I'm finished. We are also

learning yoga. We are hoping to increase flexibility

and keep in shape. I'm hoping to try the abs video in

a few months. Look forward to hearing from other tae

bo fans.

Welcome !!! Congrats on getting into a routine!

> Yay !!!! Welcome to you and your husband!!!! You are going to

love it here... everyone is sooooo cool and informative.... and a lot

of the people here have been on the actual tapes!!!! If you have any

questions about anything... don't be afraid to ask it here because

there's about a hundred people who will answer it for you!!! The

TaeBo Ripped set is my favorite by far... I also did the studio set

for 3 years in a row and think the advanced tape has by far the best

floor work... (I love to do the leg lifts and crunches)... the Ripped

set has the most energy though that i've seen(I don't have any of the

live tapes) and i'm flying through my morning workout with so much

energy!!! I like to do the basic tempo better than the advanced

though because I do like to concentrate on my form and really " feel "

the motion... and concentrate on the muscle that i'm working instead

of just trying to keep up with the athletes ( and oh yeah they're

athletes all right! lol) Shellie is my total fav and I try to copy

just what she's doing... makes me feel cooler anyways!!! *giggle*

Phew! I like to ramble, sorry!!! :o)

yesterday and burned my tummy!!! hee, hee...

WELCOME KIMBERLY,

I too am new to this board I have been doing TAE-BO

for almost 3 months now. I try to put in at least 5

basics in a week and sometimes I do it everyday and I

always feel good afterwards. It has made me enjoy

being fit. I want to lose about 50 pounds myself and

with tae-Bo I know now I can reach this goal both

physically and mentally. glad to know that each one of

us will have support in this group to keep us all

TAEBOING!!!!

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND IT ALWAYS GETS BETTER.

WELCOME KIMBERLY!!! When I began Tae-Bo, I did the original Basic

for many many many days (like months) before I moved on to a

different tape. It's a great workout, but I recommend you invest in

a couple of the live workouts which are WONDERFUL and so much fun!!

Best of luck in your journey!! We are here for you!

Darcy :)

Welcome to the group Kimberley!! A lot of people in this group have seen

significant weight loss with the help of taebo. I have lost to date at least 20

pounds and have gone down from a size 16 to a loose size 10. It takes time,

patience and discipline! Taebo makes the discipline part more fun!!
