Guest guest
There is probably more research done on alpha lipoic acid and ms because it normalizes blood sugar and helps neuropathies. Look up Passwater and his research on ALA> You need 1200mg a day according to a few studies. 600 did not keep the myelin from being destroyed. If you really want to educate yourself sign up for this newsletter at 608-647-6513. It is full of info that my friend thoroughly researches for ms. She use to own several health food stores. Also, I think lecithin helped me and Krill oil. It is a balance of omega 3 and 6 with astaxathan which is a neurodegenerative protector. The reason the newsletter is good is because we all have opinions and individualities but you need to find out what works for you. Good Luck to you! [low dose naltrexone] Which Supplements? Hello all--I've been reading the posts surrounding the supplements that many of you take. I've done an Internet search on Colostrum, CoQ10, and Alpha Lipoic. I am currently supplementing with VitB complex, and Omega-3 Fatty Acid. Just looking for some feeback on which supplements you feel you've benefitted from the most? Please advise. Thanks! __________________________________________________

Guest guest
See http://ldners.org/msrecovery.htm I've been trying to compile all the MS supplements backed research on this page. Have a very good article by Bowling MD/PhD reviewing all the research. Omega-3 is a big one.
