Is the idea to drink bicarbonate of soda? I heard tht drinking lemon juice can also turn yoru blood to an alkaline state. I am concerned that bicarbonate of soda will create mal absorption by neutralizing the stomach acids.

What are your thoughts on this?

Kaiser Natron is simply pure Sodium bicarbonate.

Yes it can have an effect on your stomach acids. However, if your body is too

acidic, neutralising the acids is actually the whole point so that your body can

have a more healthy Ph balance.

Re Bicarbonate of soda if mal absorption was to happen through stomach acids being neutralised hydrochloric acid supplementation would be the answer a nutritionist can check you for it, also iodine helps you make the stomach acids, normally it is recommended 2 weeks on 2 weeks off unless following a particular protocol
