Try http://www.biofitness.com/bodyfat.html You can even do a BF calculation. On the second page it has a picture of where to measure. I agree about the energy increase. I am not an early morning person but have found the energy to be up, wide-eyed for my workouts at 5:30 and 6:00 a.m. [You can ask Leigh if yo don't believe me...actually I believe we were at her gym AT 5:00 a.m.] Anyway...I prefer my energy this way definitely over the sluggish, low energy that preceded BFL. Guest guest
AND HOWWWW:) Could you bottle up some of that energy and send it my way:) Very hard getting back to the bfl workouts after not doing them for a few weeks. The doctor gave me the goahead to start back walking and doing the elliptical trainer. I can even get back out on the courts. I will be having surgery in July sometime:) I haven't decided when yet, I just have to get everything lined up with school and work:) leigh fl > [You can ask Leigh if yo don't believe me...actually I believe we were at her > gym AT 5:00 a.m.] >
Guest guest
Funny no one told me about the initial torture. I thought, man, if this is the way it's going to be, I don't want any part of it. Today is the first day that I have had no pain:( leigh fl > Hey, Leigh. I'm glad to hear that the dr is letting you get back into action again. Sorry there is surgery in the future though. Try not to overdo it as you get back into those workouts and on the court. > > Did the cortisone shot give you any pain relief? Guest guest
Thanks Mike, I've got a torn meniscus and some worn cartilage in my right knee. Just basic wear and tear from not being really cautious playing tennis. I will have surgery in July. From now on, it's nothing but careful careful careful. I can't afford anymore injuries:) leigh fl > Everyone - > > Thanks for the welcome. > > Leigh - > > I don't know what happened to you but it sounds like painful.
