In the beginning (2003) alot of talk about fillers and I believed it was all in your heads. I was on lactose and remained on lactose . Last month when I called IRMAT for renewal , I assumed they would send lactose.

I had my ldn fedexed because I was leaving for vacation in 2 days and was afraid I would forget to order while away. I took the new bottle of ldn with me and felt different, not as good as usual but was convinced it was the climate change.This went on for 3 weeks. When I got back , same results,not sleeping well and not feeling too great. Took the old pills and slept great(like I used to) and felt stronger in the morning.

Called Irmat and they had sent me CC filler because I did not specify Lactose. The moral of the story is..........I am sorry for thinking it was in your mind . Lactose definitely works better for me as I guess other fillers work for different people.

Irmat sent me new lactose for month trial and said they would replace all if it made a difference. It sure did!

From now on they marked my file with LACTOSE ONLY. Kiki

thanks to your info I will call Irmat tomorrow because I haven't felt

as well either
