There have been a few chili recipes posted on this list that included protein

and carbs. I'll check my Stella's Kitchen Cookbook for anything else.

I make the Turkey or Chicken Chili using the seasoning from

McCormick. I add extra meat and it comes out pretty balanced with

carbs & protein. It also has a can of white corn and a can of Great

Northern Beans. We make 4 servings out of it and use 1 lb of meat in

the recipe.

Hi Jeff,

Although I am not a big soup eater, I was just re-reading my BFL and

came across a soup recipe (pg 95).

Grilled Chicken Soup:

1 can chicken broth

Grilled chicken breast

1 Portion cooked barely

Mixed veggies

Warm over medium heat for five minutes.
