Guest guest
I make the Turkey or Chicken Chili using the seasoning from McCormick. I add extra meat and it comes out pretty balanced with carbs & protein. It also has a can of white corn and a can of Great Northern Beans. We make 4 servings out of it and use 1 lb of meat in the recipe. Andy > Hi Gang - > Does anyone here eat soup? What kind of soup & how much? Guest guest
Hi Jeff, Although I am not a big soup eater, I was just re-reading my BFL and came across a soup recipe (pg 95). Grilled Chicken Soup: 1 can chicken broth Grilled chicken breast 1 Portion cooked barely Mixed veggies Warm over medium heat for five minutes. Hope this helps, > Hi Gang - > Does anyone here eat soup? What kind of soup & how much?
