You might try this:

Carefully measure 1 cup of white grape juice. Open one 3.0mg

capsule and pour the contents into the juice. Mix it very

thoroughly. Drink 1/2 cup of juice. Put the other 1/2 cup in the

fridge for the next day.

You can also use water, but I think grape juice would taste better.

I suggest white grape juice rather than orange juice, because grape

juice is clear, and you can make sure that all the powder is

completely dissolved into the liquid.

Could you possibly advise me on how to get 3.5mg out of a 4.5mg

capsule.
