Folks I want to call on all of those people who intend on going to the Philly Conference for some help. I know that Louise cannot do this all by herself! First of all we don't know how many people are going to be at the Philly conference so we need to get an approximate number of people who expect to be there. Notice I didn't say who are going to be there because a Stilligan doesn't know from day to day where they will be! Could we possibly get someone from the Philly area to help us out by compiling a list of names of those who expect to be at the Philly Conference? Helping us to find a suitable or motel that will give us a decent rate in a decent area of Philly? I used to live and work in the area and I know what the traffic is like there and no one wants to drive any bug distance to the conference from their Hotel/motel, unless of course you want to have the conference on the outskirts of Philly in an area, say like Valley Forge or something like that. It would be good to note that we always have a Raffle of stuff that everyone brings to the Conference which is a way of raising money for the Foundation and the person that always handled that was Patty Melt and she will not be there either! So we will also need someone to handle that event and someone to als0o handle anything else that may come up including the obtaining of a room in which to hold the conference meeting the one day we always meet! There are a lot of thing to be taken care of and we do need the help of the people who live in that area. So please folks contact me or patty melt or Louis if you would be willing to help us out!
