Guest guest Posted December 8, 2010 Report Share Posted December 8, 2010 Hi Everyone Today I did 30 min on the TM. After a warm-up walk of approx 10 min, I alternated 2 min jog/2 min walk. Got about 2.5 miles done that way. Added on Ellen's Crunch Super Slimdown Yoga Pilates Blend - enjoyed it, as always.My back is sooo tight - I think some of it may be stress. It is all on my right side (which is my "tight" side). Wish I could figure out what to do to loosen it up - I went to the chiro yesterday and he adjusted just about everything from my neck to my hips. I"m going again on Friday - hopefully I will eventually loosen up or at least balance out between left and right! RE-thinking my rotation a bit to include a lot more Classical Stretch!
