Only down .4 this week, I guess my body is mad at me for gaining that weight back and is going to make me suffer with it for awhile to teach me a lesson. Oh well, I'm sure it won't be the last time, but I am persistent. Today I did the 20 minute kettlebell konnection workout with my new 7 pound kettlebell. Let me tell you, I thought it was going to be a breeze, only 20 min. with only a measly 7 pound bell, ha. I really worked at this, but I also really loved it. I am glad now that he did only get me a 7 pounder, I do still intend on getting heavier ones soon, but I have forever to build up to them. For the dead lift portion, I really did wish I had a heavier one. After that, I did something new that I have had for a while but haven't tried yet. After being morbidly obese for almost 28 years and being 47 yo, and then losing 75 pounds, my face is starting to sag. I had bought this: http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-video/the-facial-workout-7662 I bought it cheaper though, on Amazon. It was kinda weird, but I'm hoping if I keep doing it that it will help. I am so very glad that no one was around to see me. What the clip doesn't show you is the part where you put the end of your thumb in your mouth and close it tightly around it. Oh my gosh, if my husband ever sees me doing that part, I can only imagine the comments he is going to make. LOL. I don't have money for a face lift, so I can going to do this crazy thing for a while to see if it helps. I don't know about this.
