Can anyone tell me what the state law is regarding the number of

teachers/aides to students in a Developmental Program?

I'm looking for documentation that I could use....we're looking at a DP

classroom in the DFW area that has 9 kids, grades 2-6, various

disabilities and 1:1 needs.
