Guest guest
Mr. has allegedly been permeating the internet posing as a registered Civil Rights Lobbyist among other outlandish claims. All lobbyists must be registered in the United States. There are numerous online databases that citizens can use to keep tabs on Lobbying efforts and spending. However, Mr. does not appear in these databases. When asked to present his side of the story by Ms. Sedlock, Mr. stated " I will never dignify your type with a response, you simply are not worth it. " Many comments have been posted at the article on Mr. 's behalf. However, after careful analysis, it has been determined that a quirky punctuation issue exists on all these posts, specifically a space is placed before all question marks and exclamation points. Further, it's obvious the comments are very similar in structure and lack any identifying information that could clear Mr. 's name. More so, after scrutinizing emails and Mr. 's Facebook profile, this punctuation error exists in his daily writing. It is unknown what Mr. 's real motives are. One can speculate that it's money. Other's are concerned he is stalking vulnerable women. One single mother has advised this reporter that Mr. 's filing of her son's educational due process was returned by the courts with a Motion to Strike Lay Advocate, E. prohibiting him from acting as her council. The parent has now hired an attorney who is in the process of fixing the botched case. When Mr. got wind of this, he left a threatening voice mail message on the parents telephone. When asked how Mr. planned to attend the court proceedings, this mother stated he planned on billing her for his airfair costs from California to Missouri. Another parent advised that she had mailed Mr. a check to retain Mr. 's advocacy services. She wrote it out to his company " Office of Autism Advocacy " . Mr. returned the check stating he could not cash it as such as there was no bank account under the Office of Autism Advocacy. He further asked her to write a new check in his personal name. Thankfully, this parent did not send a second check. Two Western Pennsylvania parents were contacted by Mr. in the past few years under his " getafape " company. He had promised one parent he would use his Lobbying contacts to help her fight her son's school which had been accused of abusing her son. However, once finding she was married, Mr. had no further contact with her. I was very hopeful that he could help. But after I gave him all our information, he stopped returning my calls. It was only recently after talking with other parents who dealt with him that I suspected it was because I was married. This happened to a few other families as well.
