WI: Text of Senate Markup Bill: Testing Requirements??????

What does this clause from the bill mean ( page 3 lines 8-10):

(d) The department may suspend the registration under par. (a) of a milk

producer when 2 of the last 4 test results provided to the department under sub. (2r)

© detect any of the pathogens listed in sub. (2r) © in a 25 gram sample.

I have spent a lot of time reading up on the testing requirements. These tests will be very very expensive. I want our pros to look at this.
