Last day of the FE 4 Day Kick Start. I didn't follow the meal plan all that closely, I wonder what my results would have been if I had. Anyway, while I didn't lose (or gain) weight this week I did measure a little bit less in some spots. I was hoping to lose some weight this week but to stay the same this week is better than gaining, plus, I got more fit :)

Sun  FE Overdrive Sculpt

AM - Had to be gentle as my low

back is still annoyed with me, but still got a good workout (my hip flexor

isn't real thrilled with me either )

 

 

  FE Shortcut to

Flat Abs

AM - Got it

done, wasn't sure if I'd be able to pull it off but I did and it doesn't feel

like I've added more damage, whew.

 

 

  FE Accelerate Cardio PM - This is all cardio, no external resistance of any kind. I'll have better modifications when I do this again next week.  

Lower Body

PM - Well I did

it.

 

 

  Abs

Replaced this

with FE Shortcut to Flat Abs

 

 

  Total Body

PM - Got in two
