Fighting a virus 12/9/2010 Thu 53 Office Xmas Party Ended up dancing for about an hour 12/10/2010 Fri 54 Total Body And the virus is winning this argument. 10MS Kettlebell Ultimate Fat Burner PM - oh boy got home and fell asleep, I'm so exhausted 12/11/2010 Sat 55 TheFIRM Target Toning Zero-in-Ten AM - Bun Burn - My legs are still feeling this short workout TheFIRM Target Toning Zero-in-Ten AM - ABS-solute COREYoga Flex PM - still feeling beat 12/12/2010 Sun 56 Cardio AM - Seems likes it's been a while since I've done this workout, it feels good to be back.
