Rebekah is crazy LOL, my thighs are fried 12/14/2010 Tue 58 TheFIRM Target Toning Zero-in-Ten AM - Bikini Body Blaze TheFIRM Target Toning Zero-in-Ten AM - Whole Body Inferno Total Body PM Cardio PM FE Cycle 1 Ignite Sculpt PM - the bursts are intense quick with 12 seconds of active recovery. My modifications took out some of the burn, plus I always use " lighter " weights with new tapes so I went with 5 and 8 pounds…I'm still going to feel this tomorrow. 12/15/2010 Wed 59 Enjoy your day off - and I did 12/16/2010 Thu 60 FE Cycle 1 Ignite AM - Cardio Cardio PM - Abs PM - subbed out with Zero-in-Ten ABS-olute Core Yoga Flex PM - yum, that felt good 12/17/2010 Fri 61 TheFIRM weighted cardio gloves workout AM - I like this one. Total Body PM Lower Body PM 12/18/2010 Sat 62 FE Cycle 1 Cardio + Sculpt AM - This was great! Yoga Flex PM Cardio PM Abs PM - Replaced with TF Zero-in-Ten ABS-olute Core 12/19/2010 Sun 63 TheFIRM Total Body Lite AM - Did the 25 min express version, this felt absolutely awesome (did it in place of the scheduled TMT workouts) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
