Ok...I just went to the Dr. Hussman site and plugged in my figures. I got

back that to lose fat I need to be intaking 1300 - 1430 calories. To gain

muscle and not lose fat I need to intake 1560 - 2080 calories. Now the

interesting thing is that if I am currently intaking 2400 cals. (according to

Rick's rough estimation) how am I not gaining weight?

I do measurements tomorrow in the a.m. If I don't show BF loss, I will do a

three day calorie count and average it and see where I need to make

adjustments. I know I can use the Fitday calculator.

If I do show BF loss, I will leave it alone and keep doing what I'm doing.

What blows my mind is that I used to eat at Mc's every day for lunch or

breakfast. The shear fat content of that food is frightenng to think about.

I also ate 4 cookies with milk (whole) quite frequently before bedtime. How

many calories was I eating during those times?!

So there is probably distortion in my perception of how much less I am

actually eating on BFL. Plus when I think about the fact that I exercise 6

out of 7 days a week when before BFL I only exercised when gardening in the

summer...seems like huge differences.

Oh....is it Friday yet? I think I need to go home and have a beer!
