Guest guest
, most of us have had sleepness nights in the beginning. It ranges from 1 week to 1 month. Mine lasted 18 days and I needed a sleeping pill every 5 days so that I could sleep to function. On the 18th day I slept like a baby and it was well worth the torture of a few weeks. I am on LDN 20 months now for MS and will never give it up. Stick with it. Kiki

If you are using 4.5mg consider lowering your dose to 3.0mg until your body adjusts to LDN. These symptoms should subside as time passes. Guest guest
Hi and for Karin too I quite forgot that at the start of my LDN treatment I was the same so quite by accident I ran across something simple too partially eliminate, well at least tone down, my stiffness and sleeplessness. I used to take my calcium Magnesium suppliment every morning so when my mother suggested taking calcium in the evening about an hour before bed I was sceptical but I slept the whole night away on the second night, This may not work for all but it sure saved me from laying awake at night.
