Guest guest
Hi Darcy - Great workout - I need to remember I have this one and the other one she did at the same time (SuperSets?) Those were my favorite Cathe strength workouts b/c they weren't so "deadly" to me! Maybe in my next cycle of Firm Express I will add them in.Take care -Donnap.s. you are rockin' this pregnancy! I remember when I was pregnant - my HR was also elevated and doing simple things like climbing stairs left me breathless. I think it passed after the first trimester though - overall, I really did have a great pregnancy other than the fatigue in the 1st trimester I felt pretty much normal. I got a nice workout in this morning I'm thinking strength workouts are benefiting me more than I'm thinking because it's doing such a number on me cardiovascular-wise. I'm getting more for my bang! However, with that said, I've felt I need more cardio lately than strentgh.. I need to remember the affect the strength workouts have on me right now. With that said, I felt Push Pull was about perfect. Much easier than a typical Cathe, but it still touches on the muscles nicely. I handled it fine. I burned 345 calories with my average at 115.Off to grocery shop today. I nearly want to cry thinking about it..ugh... would love to just lay on my back all day and do nothing..LOL.. Guest guest
Thank you Donna!!! Yes, the elevated heart rate is terrible, along with the fatigue! I am hoping it goes away. Like you, I think it did with the others and I felt fine once the 2nd trimester hits. So, hopefully only a few more weeks of " misery "  BTW, I did a search on this workout before doing it to see when the last time I did it was. I found a post by you that was made in 2006, so you had it then!!! Yes, it's a nice solid workout, but not 'deadly'..LOL..
