Guest guest Posted December 31, 2010 Report Share Posted December 31, 2010 I was soooo slow today. I was planning on doing just upper body, and that sounded tiring! Then, I realized it had been a couple days since my lower body had been worked, so I ended up grabbing 's Muscle Definition. I did the first workout. I like this one a lot. Except, it drives me cray that she calls a 40 + minute workout 30 minutes! I cut myself way short on time afterwawrds due to having to train at 8:30. I managed though by skipping the cool-down. Oh, and I burned 299 calories with my average at 112.
