Guest guest Posted December 31, 2010 Report Share Posted December 31, 2010 I got a Turbo Jam 20 Minute workout in for cardio, and proceeded to do another 20 minute Pilates ab workout from ExerciseTV. http://www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos/cardio/pilates-power-5464 I use this workout to measure my progress (and to show myself I still have a ways to go!) I admire/hate the instructor here who does all the exercises with perfectly straight legs and pointy toes while talking in an unstrained voice -- I feel like a puffing beached whale trying to keep up with her! I am getting better at it, though! I woke up congested and with a sore throat this morning. I hope it wears off during the day!
