Guest guest Posted December 31, 2010 Report Share Posted December 31, 2010 I don't know why I didn't post about yesterday's workout? hmmm.. Anyway, I did Firm Express Accelerate Cardio (have no idea how to title all that). Again, the same as the others. Some of the combination or moves are kinda funky though, but I manage fine.  I burned like 180 calories and my average was a tad lower than it has been ..maybe 127 (if memory is serving me correctly) Afterwards I did Ruah Release, the two floor sections and the stretch. It was close to another 35 minutes. I liked that one too. It was pretty tough in the beginning. I was glad when she moved to abs.  The ab section I handled fine, and no DOMS today either. Humph!
