Guest guest
OMG I had no idea by glancing at the exercise list how chest intensive this workout was! LOVED IT! Here is what you do and what I used. I know I will be hurtin' tomorrow! Believe it or not, the pushups and army crawls were the EASIER exercises! squat with cros body chop one 15 lb dumbellextreme: 3 regular squats, I used two 30 lb kettlebellsreverse lunge w/arnold presses two 12.5 lb dumbells extreme: 3 arnold presseschest fly w/hip lift two 20 lb dumbellsextreme: 3 chest flyskneeling overhead press and center crunch - two 15 lb dumbells, you kneel on a cushion, lift up, then on the way down you crunch forward at 12:00. Different! extreme: 3 standing overhead pressespushup to a side plank did them all on my toes. extreme: 3 regular slow pushups, on toes dead lift to frontal presses two 15 lb dumbells. For the dead lift you keep the dumbells up at your side and lean straight forward with a very flat backextreme: 3 frontal presses traveling pushups did all 12 on my toesextreme: 3 tricep pushups, still have to do these on my knees. GRRchest fly with abduction (uses the band) - two 20 lb dumbellsextreme: 3 slow flys army crawl - did all 12 on my toesextreme: 3 leg lifts each side while in a held plankAgain, this was quite hard! I'm liking the Lean Phase most of all! It really challenges you from multiple angles!
