Guest guest Posted December 30, 2010 Report Share Posted December 30, 2010 I did a really good round of Shoulders and Arms today, upped my weights and felt good during the workout. A lot of it had to do with my mind frame. So often I find myself running a loop in my head that the workout is hard, not this time, instead I kept my thoughts light and thinking that I could to it, focused on my breathing and did great.
