TheFIRM has done it again, their 20 min workouts have me spent, adding two FE workouts may total only 60min of exercise a day but it feels like I've done much more than that. Thank goodness I chose to do this crazy stuff on my days off, I can sleep when needed, LOL 12/24/2010 Fri 68 FE Accelerate Cardio+Sculpt AM - Ooh, I really like this one! Cycle 2 Accelerate is on my schedule next week, I look forward to doing this one again. FE Pump It Up! AM - Had to get a second wind to do this add-on, again, glad I did! I used 5 lb bells because the moves are fast and I was to have good form. This shorty also has the 8 sec burst with 12 sec recovery. FE Overdrive Cardio PM - I really, really like Kelsie. I think again my modifications took some of the intensity out of the burst but I still got a very good workout Abs PM - Subbed 10MS Tone Trouble Zones Abs, it had some pretty intense moves, I don't remember them being as hard as they are Yoga Flex PM - Subbed 10MS Tone Trouble Zones Streatch.
