I decided to do some cleaning out of my pictures in the files (not

much room in there). I deleted some and added some new ones. I

deleted more than I added so there is now more space.

If you want to check out my pictures from the last challenge, I also

have pictures up at the BFL tracker site http://tinyurl.com/8jk1 and

also at my personal website

http://www.geocities.com/andyman68/morebflpics.htm (has all my old

BFL pics plus a few extras from the last challenge).

I didn't make any changes to my diet before the pics so I felt they

could have been better, plus I had to take them myself using the

timer on the camera. The deadline to take them snuck up on me before

I had a chance to prepare. I put on a coat of Jantana self-tanner

and Jantana oil. The Jantana oil had a nice scent and I felt the

tanner didn't smell quite as strong as others I have used. It also

faded very nicely. I'm not competing professionally and don't expect

to win, but wanted to make a little effort to look presentable.

Those are the digital pics. I also took regular camera pics to send

in which I hope turn out.

I feel that made great progress in the fat loss dept this challenge

even though I haven't quite made my goal yet. I started Jan 2 at

171.6 lbs, 32 in. waist, and 15.8% bodyfat. Finished on March 25 at

161.0 lbs, 29 in. waist, and approximately 10.2% bodyfat (goal was

8.8%). 2.4 more lbs fat loss and I'll be there. Actually, now only

1.8 lb since I lost 0.6 lbs this week.

I didn't count on my progress slowing the last 4 weeks. For the last

4 weeks my average fat loss was 0.4 lbs per week, but averaged about

1 lb for the first 8 weeks.

That is the details. I plan to try to gain more muscle in the

future, but slowly and very carefully since I prefer the lean cut

look for myself. I'm in this for the long term.

It's just something we've always done on this list. Probably a

trend we need to change though since the Files section is nearly

full.
