Monday's meals:

M1 3/4 cup Fiber One w/ 1/3 c skim milk, 1 scoop whey protein powder w/water

M2 Detour Bar

M3 4 oz albacore tuna w/1 tsp Just 2 Good mayo, 1/2 c black-eyed peas, raw

veggies, 5 strawberries w/1TBSP ff Cool Whip

M4 3/4 c 1% cottage cheese, 8 Baked Doritoes

M5 4 oz albacore tuna w/1 tsp Just 2 Good mayo, 1/2 c Kashi Good Friends

I've been using s Thin Crisps for my carb sometimes. Here's the link.

You have to find the thin crisps--not the pita chips. There's sweet BBQ

and White Cheddar flavor. I like the BBQ.

I AM pretty specific with my menus! haha I was going to put " half a serving of

Baked Doritoes " but I figured people might not know what half a serving was. I

like to split my carbs between two things sometimes so I eat half a portion of

each. I LOVE Baked Doritoes and I do eat them unless I'm really trying to lean

down more than usual.
