Your mom would benefit more from LDN because she has never had any chemo. LDN has to struggle with someone who has previously used chemo. Your mom needs no less and no more than 4.5mg of LDN with preferably " LACTOSE " filler if she can tolerate Lactose. If not, Acidophilus(Asid-off-a-lus) would be good filler and third, Avicell(Ay-va-cell) would be the choice. DO NOT let any compounding pharmacy use Calcium Carbonate as a filler since your mom has a life threatening illness. Calcium Carbonate has proven 5 to 6 times as being iffy and sometimes the LDN is rendered worthless with CC. My mom is using 4.5mg LDN with lactose filler as her breast cancer preventative. My mom refused chemo and is doing 4.5mg LDN for 1 year and so far so good. Here is a list of prescribing LDN doctors. Some do phone consultations and I believe Dr. Sullivan in Machanicsburg(SP?) might be the cheapest but I'm not sure. I'll post link below. Irmat pharmacy in NY would be your mom's best choice and if she can tolerate lactose PLEASE specify Lactose as the filler. And if not, ask for Acidophilus or Avicel. Write these fillers down and have them in front of you when you call the pharmacy. Guest guest
Esty, thanks for the warning. I'll check about Mom's drugs. It would be so great to get her off the drugs. Thanks for your comments. Sending warm wishes, Diane -- Bren <TwisterAlley2@...> wrote: > > > > > > > > My mother has stage IV metastatic lung cancer > which > > > has progressed to her bone.
