No matter what you got, keep taking the LDN. The LDN orchestrates your immune system, so ESPECIALLY when you 'get sick' you want it in you.

So far I got sick 3 times with OTHER 'healthy' people. 3 days, GONE... them: 7-10 days, still got it.

I have been around lots of people that were sick lately and have only been immune to the colds or flues plus I got over food poisoning in record time.

I have only got really good things to say about LDN it in no way interferes with my usuall life and makes every day a joy again.

I work in a hospital laboratory and I tend to pick up mild cases of a lot

of things that go around at the hospital. I have only been taking LDN for

about a month so it's too soon to say whether or not it will boost my

immune system enough to protect me from all of that garbage, but I will

certainly keep you all posted. Knowing how LDN works, I really expect it

to help my immunity to that kind of stuff a lot.

,

How do you feel personally about LDN? How has it helped you and why are you taking it? Just curios

Artie, it is fine to take LDN with a cold. Larry, I began taking LDN in December 2004, the same week I received a

diagnosis of MS. I went to Dr. Bihari for a second opinion, pretty sure

he'd recommend LDN. It has given me some relief with bladder urgency, but

it hasn't helped my fatigue or my legs at all. I'm walking with a cane and

I'm still a serious user of mentholated creams and pain patches.

Technically, I have a mild case of MS, because I had double vision 11 years

ago, 5 years ago, and then this leg attack.

I take LDN because I believe it will prevent progression. I NEED to believe

that. I also take cod liver oil, evening primrose oil, calcium, magnesium,

and bilberry daily. All these supplements are mentioned in Dr. Lawrence's

protocol, as well as others.
