Guest guest
I just bought some of the 94% fat free Orville Redenbacher Smart Pop movie theatre popcorn for the first time. It has 140 calories per bag and 28 carbs. The box says the fat is 0% when popped. It has Is that the kind you have? I used to by the Act Lite, but this looked like a better choice. If we rent a movie we have popcorn with 1/2 Myoplex and a scoop of protein powder. Andy > Friday meals > > M1 3/4 cup Fiber One w/1/3 c ff milk, 5 egg whites (boiled - the dogs ate the yolks) > M2 1 mini bag Orville Redenbacher Smart Pop popcorn, 1 scoop whey protein w/water > M3 3/4 cup 1% cottage cheese, 1 tbsp Almond Accents, cut raw veggies, 6 strawberries w/Splenda > M4 Detour bar > M5 4 oz albacore tuna w/ 1 tsp Just 2 Good mayo, tangerine > > Have y'all tried the mini-bags of popcorn? Our grocery store just got them and they are the perfect size for me for BFL. The carbs are 24 grams and I aim for 20 at each meal. I know that the original BFL book didn't authorize popcorn but I do eat it. > > Sara > >

Guest guest
, I have to confess that my husband did not marry me for my culinary skills AT ALL. If we eat a great supper, it's usually him that does the cooking. If it's left up to me, my kids have meals like mine or maybe turkey hot dogs, lots of yogurt and string cheese, they love fruit and nuts and other healthy foods that most people think of as snack foods. I do try to give them a semi-balanced meal - usually a little heavy on carbs. They always take their lunch to school and it's definitely healthy. At home, we usually eat breakfast food once a week at night, ny usually grills a couple of nights and maybe I'll make authorized spaghetti or baked pork chops one night. This past week, none of that occurred with my husband's surgery. Four nights a week of cooking is tops for us - the rest is snack-like meals. My kids, like me, should NEVER have emotional attachments to food caused by homey, cozy meals being cooked up in the kitchen all the time because the kitchen is not a place that I equate with homey and cozy. Not that that is a good thing, mind you, but it's just the way I am about food and I'm sure it will be part of them. Oh - my husband also eats a huge lunch everyday with all of his buddies...it's the highlight of their day. Most of them work for themselves and like to meet at various " blue-plate " restaurants around town and get stuffed. So, that's really his big meal of the day. Sara What do your kids and husband eat? Guest guest
I get the Blue Bunny Lite brand in this flavor. Yesterday and went to a different store than Super Walmart and found Blackberry and Raspberry Citrus. I love blackberry but have never tried the raspberry citrus which is different from plain raspberry.
