I would rather have a filler that agreed with my system

And I'm sure everyone here would like that also. I started on Lactose but

wanted to see if I could use Avicel so I could switch to Skip's for a cheaper

price. I was doing fantastic on Lactose filler in my LDN capsules but when I

switched to Avicel I experienced an everyday headache, nausea and vomiting.

Now, who would like that the rest of their lives just to be able to get a

reduced price, NOT ME!! I then decided to try calcium carbonate, WRONG DECISION.

All my symptoms started to return because the CC caused the LDN to release slow.

I switched back to Lactose and all is great for me. Many people are lactose

intolerant so I usually suggest Acidophilus for these people. I have not heard

any negative comments on acidophilus in the LDN capsule. Have any of you?
