I'll share my experiences although they may not be relevant to the next person's. This is all 'trial and error.' I am grateful to Dr. Bihari for sharing his knowledge with the world and at the same time, I try to keep in mind that even he can't know with 100% certainty how LDN will work for each individual. I guess I've developed a 'thick skin' so to speak, but I do find some of the belly-aching annoying. That's when I press the delete button!
